href=\"#beyond-the-oil\">\u9664\u4e86\u77f3\u6cb9\u4e4b\u5916\uff1a\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u9ad8\u4ef7\u503c\u4ea7\u54c1<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#conclusion\">\u7ed3\u8bba\uff1a\u505a\u51fa\u660e\u667a\u7684\u9009\u62e9<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u662f\u5168\u7403\u6d88\u8d39\u6700\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u690d\u7269\u6cb9\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4ece\u5de7\u514b\u529b\u5230\u6d17\u53d1\u6c34\uff0c\u51e0\u4e4e\u65e0\u5904\u4e0d\u5728\u3002\u4f46\u5e76\u975e\u6240\u6709\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u90fd\u54c1\u8d28\u76f8\u540c\u3002\u7c97\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9 (CPO) \u548c\u7cbe\u70bc\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9 (RPO) \u7684\u6839\u672c\u533a\u522b\u5728\u4e8e\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u52a0\u5de5\u5de5\u827a\uff0c\u8fd9\u4f1a\u663e\u8457\u5f71\u54cd\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u989c\u8272\u3001\u98ce\u5473\u548c\u8425\u517b\u6210\u5206\u3002\u4e86\u89e3\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\u5bf9\u4e8e\u505a\u51fa\u660e\u667a\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u672c\u6307\u5357\u5c06\u5e26\u60a8\u4e86\u89e3\u6574\u4e2a\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u4ece\u5145\u6ee1\u6d3b\u529b\u3001\u8425\u517b\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u539f\u6cb9\u5230\u7528\u9014\u5e7f\u6cdb\u3001\u6027\u8d28\u4e2d\u6027\u7684\u7cbe\u70bc\u6cb9\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u63a2\u8ba8\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u65b9\u5f0f\u3001\u72ec\u7279\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u54ea\u4e00\u79cd\u6700\u9002\u5408\u60a8\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u9700\u6c42\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"understanding-cpo\">\u4e86\u89e3\u539f\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\uff08CPO\uff09\uff1a\u672a\u7cbe\u70bc\u7684\u6765\u6e90<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7c97\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u7b80\u79f0\u4e3aCPO\uff0c\u662f\u4ece\u68d5\u6988\u679c\u5b9e\u7684\u679c\u8089\uff08\u8089\u8d28\u90e8\u5206\uff09\u4e2d\u76f4\u63a5\u63d0\u53d6\u7684\u672a\u7cbe\u70bc\u6cb9\u8102\u3002 <a href=\"https:\/\/makmuramanah.co.id\/zh\/tandan-kosong-kelapa-sawit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u6cb9\u68d5\u679c\u4e32<\/a>. \u6700\u521d\u7684\u63d0\u53d6\u8fc7\u7a0b\u5b8c\u5168\u662f\u673a\u68b0\u6027\u7684\uff0c\u5373\u538b\u69a8\u679c\u5b9e\u4ee5\u91ca\u653e\u6cb9\u8102\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u6781\u7b80\u7684\u52a0\u5de5\u65b9\u5f0f\u662f\u5176\u72ec\u7279\u6027\u80fd\u7684\u5173\u952e\u3002\u679c\u5b9e\u5185\u90e8\u7684\u79cd\u5b50\uff0c\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u2026\u2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/makmuramanah.co.id\/zh\/kernel-sawit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u68d5\u6988\u4ec1<\/a>, \u88ab\u9884\u7559\u4f5c\u5176\u4ed6\u7528\u9014\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7531\u4e8e\u672a\u7ecf\u7cbe\u70bc\uff0c\u7c97\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u6df1\u7ea2\u6a59\u8272\u7684\u8272\u6cfd\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u9c9c\u8273\u7684\u989c\u8272\u6e90\u4e8e\u5176\u6781\u9ad8\u7684\u7c7b\u80e1\u841d\u535c\u7d20\uff08\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20A\u7684\u524d\u4f53\uff09\u542b\u91cf\uff0c\u7c7b\u80e1\u841d\u535c\u7d20\u4e5f\u662f\u80e1\u841d\u535c\u4e2d\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u5242\u3002\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e0a\uff0c\u7c97\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u662f\u5929\u7136\u03b2-\u80e1\u841d\u535c\u7d20\u6700\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u6765\u6e90\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5176\u8425\u517b\u4ef7\u503c\u662f\u5176\u91cd\u8981\u7ec4\u6210\u90e8\u5206\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"understanding-rpo\">\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u7cbe\u70bc\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\uff1f\u52a0\u5de5\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u5f3a\u5927\u52a8\u529b<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5927\u591a\u6570\u4eba\u6bd4\u8f83\u719f\u6089\u7684\u662f\u7cbe\u70bc\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u6cb9\u5728\u5168\u7403\u98df\u54c1\u5de5\u4e1a\u4e2d\u88ab\u5e7f\u6cdb\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u5b83\u6700\u521d\u662f\u7c97\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\uff0c\u4f46\u8981\u7ecf\u8fc7\u4e00\u5957\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u7cbe\u70bc\u5de5\u827a\uff0c\u79f0\u4e3aRBD\uff1a\u7cbe\u70bc\u3001\u6f02\u767d\u548c\u8131\u81ed\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u7cbe\u5236\uff1a<\/strong> \u6b64\u6b65\u9aa4\u5229\u7528\u84b8\u6c7d\u53bb\u9664\u6e38\u79bb\u8102\u80aa\u9178\uff08FFA\uff09\uff0c\u6e38\u79bb\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u6cb9\u8102\u53d8\u8d28\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u6f02\uff1a<\/strong> \u5c06\u6cb9\u901a\u8fc7\u6d3b\u6027\u7c98\u571f\u8fc7\u6ee4\uff0c\u53bb\u9664\u8272\u7d20\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6709\u76ca\u7684\u7c7b\u80e1\u841d\u535c\u7d20\u3002\u8fd9\u4f7f\u5f97\u6cb9\u7684\u989c\u8272\u4ece\u7ea2\u8272\u53d8\u4e3a\u6de1\u9ec4\u8272\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u9664\u81ed\uff1a<\/strong> \u9ad8\u6e29\u9ad8\u538b\u84b8\u6c7d\u53ef\u53bb\u9664\u6b8b\u7559\u7684\u5473\u9053\u548c\u6c14\u5473\uff0c\u4f7f\u6cb9\u53d8\u5f97\u4e2d\u6027\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6700\u7ec8\u5f97\u5230\u7684\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u6781\u9ad8\u3001\u7528\u9014\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u98df\u7528\u6cb9\uff0c\u5176\u70df\u70b9\u4e5f\u5f88\u9ad8\uff0c\u975e\u5e38\u9002\u5408\u714e\u70b8\u548c\u52a0\u5de5\u98df\u54c1\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u662f\u4ee5\u727a\u7272\u8425\u517b\u4ef7\u503c\u4e3a\u4ee3\u4ef7\u7684\uff0c\u800c\u8425\u517b\u4ef7\u503c\u6b63\u662f\u8fd9\u7c7b\u98df\u7528\u6cb9\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u533a\u522b\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"key-differences\">\u4e3b\u8981\u533a\u522b\uff1a\u5e76\u6392\u5206\u6790<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u9010\u4e00\u5206\u6790\u5b83\u4eec\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u533a\u522b\u3002CPO \u548c RPO \u6700\u663e\u8457\u7684\u533a\u522b\u4f53\u73b0\u5728\u8425\u517b\u6210\u5206\u3001\u5916\u89c2\u548c\u7528\u9014\u4e0a\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC3065441\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u300a\u6cb9\u68d5\u7814\u7a76\u6742\u5fd7\u300b<\/a>, \u8fd9\u4e9b\u690d\u7269\u8425\u517b\u7d20\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u5176\u53d1\u6325\u4fc3\u8fdb\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u529f\u6548\u3002\u76f8\u53cd\uff0c\u7cbe\u70bc\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u5728\u7cbe\u70bc\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4f1a\u635f\u5931\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u6b64\u7c7b\u5316\u5408\u7269\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u989c\u8272\u3001\u5473\u9053\u548c\u9999\u6c14<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6bdb\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\uff08CPO\uff09\u5473\u9053\u6d53\u90c1\uff0c\u5e26\u6709\u6ce5\u571f\u6c14\u606f\uff0c\u6c14\u5473\u72ec\u7279\uff0c\u5e76\u5448\u73b0\u6807\u5fd7\u6027\u7684\u7ea2\u8272\u3002\u8fd9\u4f7f\u5176\u6210\u4e3a\u4f20\u7edf\u83dc\u80b4\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u7279\u8272\u98df\u6750\u3002\u7cbe\u70bc\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u5219\u523b\u610f\u4fdd\u6301\u4e2d\u6027\u2014\u2014\u65e0\u8272\u65e0\u5473\uff0c\u5448\u6d45\u9ec4\u8272\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u6700\u7ec8\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u53e3\u611f\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"health-considerations\">\u5065\u5eb7\u8003\u91cf\uff1a\u54ea\u79cd\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u66f4\u597d\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4ece\u8425\u517b\u5b66\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u6765\u770b\uff0c, <a href=\"https:\/\/makmuramanah.co.id\/zh\/products\/rbd-cp8\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u7c97\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9<\/a> \u7531\u4e8e\u5176\u9ad8\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u5242\u542b\u91cf\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5177\u6709\u4f18\u5f02\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u3002\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20A\u524d\u4f53\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u5bf9\u6297\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20A\u7f3a\u4e4f\u75c7\uff0c\u800c\u751f\u80b2\u4e09\u70ef\u915a\u5219\u56e0\u5176\u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u795e\u7ecf\u4fdd\u62a4\u4f5c\u7528\u800c\u53d7\u5230\u7814\u7a76\u3002 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/news-room\/fact-sheets\/detail\/vitamin-a-deficiency\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u4e16\u754c\u536b\u751f\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff08\u4e16\u536b\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff09<\/a> \u8ba4\u8bc6\u5230\u7ef4\u751f\u7d20A\u5728\u89c6\u529b\u548c\u514d\u75ab\u529f\u80fd\u4e2d\u7684\u5173\u952e\u4f5c\u7528\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e24\u79cd\u6cb9\u7684\u9971\u548c\u8102\u80aa\u542b\u91cf\u90fd\u5f88\u9ad8\u3002 id=\"culinary-uses\">\u70f9\u996a\u7528\u9014\uff1a\u4e3a\u60a8\u7684\u53a8\u623f\u9009\u62e9\u5408\u9002\u7684\u6cb9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7c97\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u548c\u7cbe\u70bc\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u7684\u72ec\u7279\u7279\u6027\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e86\u5b83\u4eec\u5728\u70f9\u996a\u4e2d\u7684\u7528\u9014\u3002\u7c97\u68d5\u6988\u6cb9\u662f\u8bb8\u591a\u897f\u975e\u548c\u4e1c\u5357\u4e9a\u83dc\u80b4\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u6599\uff0c\u5176\u72ec\u7279\u7684\u98ce\u5473\u548c\u8272\u6cfd\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
